Great location, close to many attractions and amenities. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Convenient access to Wi, Fi in the common areas.
Limited breakfast options and relatively expensive food. Inconsistent and unreliable Wi, Fi in the rooms.

I had a great stay at this hotel located in the center of the city. The location right in front of 5th Avenue was perfect as it provided easy access to the main tourist area of this city. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Aranxas. The hotel facilities were clean, stylish, and well taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered at a reasonable cost.

The location of the hotel on 5th Avenue is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Akumal Bay. Although the main avenue can be noisy, the hotel is tucked away enough to provide a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff available to assist with any needs. Guests can also enjoy free wifi and easily organize excursions through the hotel's agency.
One negative aspect is the limited availability of electrical outlets in the rooms.

The rooms are modern and clean with air conditioning. The location is perfect for partying and enjoying the music on the strip, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it is right on the famous 5th Avenue. Being situated in the "Little Italy" district of this vibrant city added to the overall charm. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The rooms were small but clean, and I enjoyed the balcony where I could sit and watch the bustling street below. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, ensuring that I never had a dull moment during my stay. this place provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city.
